Amanda and Christian

Amanda and Christian were married on a pretty much perfect May day. Amanda's little sister and bridesmaid, Jocelyn. Amanda and Christian opted to see each other before the ceremony.  Which, you know, warms the photographer's heart. This was one of my favorite moments of the day.  Christian went to get all his groomsmen so they could see how beautiful Amanda looked. Literally made them come out and look at her.   Say it with me ya'll.  awwww...

I know, right?  This man is a keeper.

So grandpa could be a part of the day.

Amanda had hanker-chiefs embroidered for everyone.  Amanda's brother's read.

"Brand, I would be lost without you. My brother, my first friend.  Love Amanda."

Christian's good friend and college roommate married the two.

Just a little post ceremony family photo ridiculousness.

I just like this photo because I like to imagine an email exchange happened to coordinate all the colors.  It's pretty much perfection.  Right down to the beer bottle.  LOVE IT.  cheers!

Cheers!

No matter how old you get.  You always need your Momma.  Mother daughter dance.  Not a dry eye in the reception.  (especially between me and Patty)

Pulled these two out a the reception for a lil 5 minute photo shoot.

Amanda wins in the form category of bouquet toss awards.

If you're going to have a great sunset on your wedding day then I better get that documented.

Go grandma!

Amanda is announcing that there's an old German tradition that when a sibling marries before their older sibling the older sibling has to dance in a pig trough until it breaks to "break" the unmarried cycle.  Brand looks a little nervous in the middle picture but he was an awesome sport about it.

High fives for everyone before the couple leaves.

Thank you guys so much for letting us be a part of your day.  Your families.  Oh man.  They're amazing.  Everyone had so much fun at this reception.  Everyone was so warm and joyous and happy and that joy just jumps right out in these photos.

It was such a delight to spend the day with you all.   Thank you, thank you, thank you for letting us be a part of this.

Love to you all!
