I've been pickling over here.  It's a few recipes I got from the Lee Bros cook books.  We'll see how it goes.  Pickled carrots I can get down with.  (Banh mi anyone?) But the grapes- that's just weird.

I'm trying it because I think the combination of pepper flakes, rosemary and grapes are interesting.  I'll keep you posted.
